Turn up “Jessie’s Girl” by Rick Springfield and let’s get started!
Serves: 8 Prep: 3 minutes Total Time: 4 hours
Ingredients
- 8 cups of filtered water
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions
Wash the raspberries and cucumber, then slice the cucumber thinly. Fill a pitcher with the water, rosemary, cucumber, and rosemary sprigs. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (better if it’s overnight!) to give the fruit and rosemary time to infuse. This mixture will last two to three days.
Pour yourself a tall glass and enjoy!
Quick Tip: You may want to remove the rosemary after 4 hours, so that it doesn’t dominate the flavour.
That’s all there is to this rosemary raspberry delight! Drink up and enjoy!
Health & Happiness,
Savannah
